Apple Peel Tea:
From the apples of the cider, the peels were carefully harvested and dried for a blend with cinnamon, clove, ginger, and sugared orange peels
Throat Coat Tea:
Designed to help with the winter chill, this tea blend is specially designed by the Tea Mistress to help with your winter woes. Promising to warm the soul and help stave off chill and illness, the first of its kind in the Tea House. Notes of licorice root, slippery elm, wild cherry bark and marshmallow root

The skins of the popotoes for our soup twice baked and seasoned before given a generous amount of our crumbled bacon and cheddar to melt on top

Fluffy, hearty dough filled with well seasoned and tender venison and rice as a piece of traditional fare
Winter Beet Salad:
Winter Greens, Tangerine, Beets, Toasted Pine Nuts, Fennel with orange balsamic dressing

Popoto Soup Bar:
Our hearty popoto soup as a base, with the following toppings on offer:
diced red onion, green onion. toasted honey ham, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, goat cheese, sour cream, chives, mixed fresh herbs, chili oil, dry red pepper, fried garlic, broccoli, avocado, oyster crackers, saltines, and more. Ask and we might just be able to supply it!
Shepards Pie:
Ground lamb seasoned to perfection, mixed with parsnip, carrots, celery, peas and corn in a rich tomato sauce underneath a blanket of mashed popotos, covered in cheese and broiled till golden brown
Ishgard Onion Soup:
A luxurious and rich onion soup to warm the deepest depths of your soul, with a fresh bit of crouton on top and on the side, topped with melted cheese
Split Pea Soup:
Rich and hearty to fill your stomach, this soup is decadent in texture with sweet split peas from the first harvest of the year, roasted vegetables to compliment before blended and then topped with chopped ham that has been roasted in our tea rub

Dense and sweet cake filled with cinnamon sugar apples and a homemade caramel
Sticky Date Pudding:
Warm and tender sponge made with sweet dates and served with a decadent, velvety toffee sauce that soaks into every bite
Butterscotch Mug Cake:
A soft, single-serve butterscotch cake baked in its own mug. This light and fluffy buttery caramel cake is then finished with a drizzle of warm butterscotch sauce
Orange and Pear Galette:
Rustic free-form pie filled with sliced pears and bright candied citrus segments
Chocolate Orange Torte:
A dense, flourless chocolate torte infused with bright orange zest and a touch of liqeur

Libations:Glühwein:
A traditional mulled red wine gently heated with orange, cinnamon, cloves, and winter spices. Warm, aromatic, and perfect for cold evenings.
Apple Wine:
A crisp, lightly sweet fruit wine made from fermented apples. Bright and refreshing with a smooth, clean finish. Aged in House!
Dirty Chai Toddy:
A cozy hot toddy combining spiced chai tea, a shot of espresso, and your choice of whiskey or rum. Warm, bold, and lightly sweet with aromatic chai spices.
Irish Coffee:
Fresh hot coffee blended with Irish whiskey and brown sugar, topped with a layer of softly whipped cream. Classic, comforting, and perfectly balanced.
Cranberry Rosemary Spritz:
